Sweet puppy turned CUJO

I am not sure what happened to my sweet little puppy, but at some time between Thanksgiving and Black Friday, she was replaced by Cujo, (Stephen King’s famous rabid dog). She forgot she had been doing so well with house training (4straight days) and was going in the house all day. She was attacking the 17 pound cat, who is luckily clawless, because he was trying to fight back. She was running circles around the couch at full speed, barking at objects, and nipping at toes.

The trainer had said that with all the excitement of Thanksgiving, she might forget some of her training, but I sure was not prepared for this craziness.

  1. I’d pay attention to lunar calendars, too. It’s like clockwork the insanity that the full moon can bring.

    • Haha, oh great…..more crazy. I need to get her on video being a nut, it is funny :)

      • Now that I know understand my girls and their personalities and how they “act out” letting them be totally nuts is so much fun. I imagine it’s the difference between a mother scolding her child for jumping in a puddle and holding his hand and jumping in the puddle together. I’m a puddle jumper.

  2. I love that…I suppose I am a puddle jumper too. :) .
